Dave Brown

Dave lives in Jupiter, Florida in the United States since 1996 with his wife Maria.

Dave joined Proctor Gallagher in February 2023, as Executive Director for Sandy Gallagher. His journey with personal development began while he was still in High School when his Father shared his love of Zig Ziglar and his study of highly successful business leaders. From there Dave discovered many teachers such as Earl Nightingale, Napolean Hill, Brian Tracey, Tony Robbins, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Richard Maurice Bucke, Joseph Murphy, Wallace D Wattles, and of course Bob Proctor. These teachers had a profound impact on Dave’s personal and professional life.

Dave has a successful professional background in Sales, Sales Management and Executive Leadership in the HR technology & outsourced services sector for companies like ADP, Oasis Outsourcing and ClearCompany, and also as an owner of a 25-employee small business. Dave has worked with hundreds of businesses to identify barriers and gaps in their people, processes, technology and cultures that were keeping them from achieving their desired business outcomes, and collaborating to create solutions that delivered positive returns.

Dave’s areas of specialization include creation and execution of go-to-market business development strategies, channel identification and implementation, value proposition messaging, and client acquisition processes. He has been effective in both turn-around and high-growth environments with a focus on process, communication, leadership and culture building. Dave has also enjoyed extensive speaking and facilitation with groups all across the United States.

Dave grew up on the northwest side of Chicago, and admits to being a lifelong Cubs fan! He loves music and travel, and enjoys cooking (and eating) great food.

Todd L. Bauerle

Todd L. Bauerle is a Circle of Excellence member with Proctor Gallagher, having earned his Silver Pin from Bob Proctor in 2021 in recognition for outstanding achievement with his business and clients. Todd started his own consulting business in 2017 as an executive coach and career transition expert helping clients make a quantum leap in their career.

Todd has a degree in Family Studies and Human Development from Arizona State University where he graduated summa cum laude. He lives with his wife of 22 years, Jenafer, and three teenage boys in Utah, and summers with his family on the coast of Lake Michigan every year.

Tara Pilling

Tara, a renowned Mindset Consultant and author, began her journey in 1995 after experiencing a devastating family tragedy at the age of 21. Motivated by her own pain and loss, Tara sought alternative methods to improve her well-being beyond conventional medicine and exercise.

Her university training and practical experience in Physical and Occupational Therapy focused on motor vehicle injuries, particularly brain and spinal cord injuries, as well as overall rehabilitation. Tara has had the privilege of working with esteemed leaders in human potential, personal development, and leadership, including Tony Robbins, Robin Sharma, and Bob Proctor.

However, it was through her mentorship with Bob Proctor that she discovered the missing pieces of the puzzle and embarked on a path towards greater success and the ability to make a more significant impact. Dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential and achieve greater prosperity in health, wealth, and happiness, Tara is a devoted student of Bob Proctor’s teachings and legacy. She resides in beautiful BC, Canada, alongside her husband Brad and their two teenagers, Maya and Kingston.

Tara has dedicated many years to Waldorf education for her children and is an avid student of anthroposophy. In her leisure time, she enjoys immersing herself in nature, gardening, foraging, camping, traveling, running, hiking, and continuous learning, always embracing the role of a lifelong student.

Tara’s guiding philosophy is rooted in the belief that by aligning our minds with Universal Laws, we can shape our reality and lead with influence and love. She emphasizes the transformative power of inner work, stating, “Get your mind right, align with Universal Laws, and the world will follow your lead. It truly is an inside job.”

Brian Matsen

Brian is widely known as a high performance sales and mindset coach, entrepreneur, investor, speaker, and proven expert in personal and corporate development. He helps entrepreneurs, executives, sales professionals, and other coaches around the world achieve extraordinary results.

His successful career has spanned over 25 years including 14 as a Senior Regional Vice President with Voya Financial (formerly ING), a Fortune 500 company. Throughout his career, Brian has been a top performer and leader, receiving numerous sales awards and honors.

He dedicates further time to coaching youth sports, church leadership, serving as President and CEO of a non-profit organization, and being a husband and father to his wife, Karen and his two boys, James and Jake.
