Our new IT Support team member will be working closely with our President/COO and IT Director to maintain our infrastructure, support the IT needs of our staff, improve our IT systems, support media production and contribute to any new IT projects as they arise. This individual will also need to have a flexible schedule to be available for troubleshooting after hours on a pre-determined schedule.

Skills and Experience: 

  • Minimum 1-year experience in Information Technology
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting ability for Mac and PC
  • Ability to be assigned a task and run with it
  • Management of Office 365
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure
  • Basic networking skills
  • Understanding of domains / dns / hosting
  • Ability to troubleshoot home multimedia / entertainment systems

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in media production and equipment
  • Video and audio editing

SALESFORCE DEVELOPER 

Our new SalesForce Developer will be working closely with our COO and Director of Information Systems to implement new functionality within our SalesForce and FinancialForce applications.

Skills and Experience: 

  • Salesforce Certification for Platform Developer I is required at minimum (Platform Developer II preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Ability to be assigned a task and run with it
  • Thorough understanding of VisualForce
  • Fluent in APEX Coding SalesForce and FinancialForce experience

Video Editor  

We are on the hunt for a Video Editor that is passionate about the work we do and want to link arms with us to spread the word through compelling and educational quality videos.

We are looking for a team player who will work closely with our Director of Marketing and creative team editing and producing regular marketing and content videos. We are looking for someone who’s naturally creative.

You enjoy working with video, post production, and creative personalities. You love working on a team just as much as you enjoy owning your own plate of work.

Communicating within the team, along with working in a fast paced environment comes easily to you. You are also resourceful, responsive, and eager to get the job done well.

Please review the following example videos to see the style we are looking for in our new editor position.

The position is on a per-project basis with the possibility of a full-time position. It requires editing to be done to recorded raw materials and producing it into a completed, post-ready version.

The task at hand:

  • Editing recorded raw material into a finished product that’s suitable for posting
  • Editing both live action and animation projects
  • Editing audio and sound design on projects
  • Manage media assets and archiving on all company projects
  • Engage in opportunities to develop original content and concepts for web and mobile
  • The material may include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects

The ideal candidate has:

  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro is a must.) (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects are a plus.)
  • Strong understanding of post-production workflow
  • Good knowledge of contemporary cameras, file formats, codecs, and their proper handling in a post workflow
  • Must be extremely organized and able to successfully reach multiple deadlines at once
  • Comfortable with Google Apps suite (Dropbox, Calendar, Drive, etc)
  • Experience in audio post production (recording, mixing, scoring, as well as able to handle basic color correction etc)The ability to communicate needs in a positive and productive fashion
  • Able to implement provided graphics and titles, and ideally the ability to create original graphics/animation
